Unconventional Salon Schedule

We only schedule one month at a time. Our schedule for the next month opens around the 20th of the previous month.

(Example: Februarys schedule will open January 20, etc)

This is the priority in which appointments are offered when the schedule opens.

  • If you are “soft booked” for an appointment that month, we will contact you to schedule a few days prior to the official schedule opening. You will get first opportunity to schedule.

“Soft Booking”

Our version of traditional Prebooking.

Once you become a guest at The Salty Blonde, you can let us know you’d like to be soft booked for a future month. This means you are on our list for your desired month and we will contact you once the schedule opens to solidify an appointment. By soft booking you will receive first opportunity to schedule once that months schedule opens.

 

Cancelation Policy

As a courtesy to our stylists and guests, minimum of 24 hour notice is expected when you need to cancel or reschedule. If a no-show or cancellation happens after the 24 hour period, you forfeit your deposit. If it becomes a pattern, you will be asked to find another salon that may be able to better accommodate your schedule.

If you “No Show” your Appointment- you will be charged 100% of the scheduled services.

Late Policy

Communication is important and we understand things happen. Please text if you know you’re going to be running late.

If you are more than 15 minutes late you may be offered a shortened service (if the schedule allows) or you will be asked to reschedule.

Extra Guests Policy

Our space is shared & very intimate.

We ask that you leave your children and friends at home to make everyones experience more enjoyable.

Adjustment Policy

At The Salty Blonde, we strive to create the ideal look for each guest.  Should we not complete your look to your satisfaction, please contact us within 7 days of your original service so that we may make it flawless.

  • Adjustment scheduling is done and provided by your original service provider. If you do not wish to see your original service provider, scheduling approval is under the discretion of management.

  • The adjustment service must be scheduled within 14 days of the original service.

  • The adjustment policy does not cover a change in the style or color initially requested.

  • Please allow us to style your hair after your service as the results are most accurately evaluated on properly finished hair. If you choose to leave the salon before the styling service is completed, you are relinquishing your rights to an adjustment service.

  • Any adjustment requests made after 7 days from the original service date will be under the discretion of management approval.

  • Complimentary adjustment services or refunds are not available on color corrections.

  • Refunds are not available on services.

  • The Salty Blonde will not be liable nor offer redo services for hair color that has been altered or done outside of our salon.
